1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.
2. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
3. Delivery Services
We use Royal Mail and other trusted couriers to deliver your order safely. Options will be shown at checkout, including:
Royal Mail 1st Class (1–2 working days)
Royal Mail 2nd Class (2–3 working days)
Tracked delivery options may also be available at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
4. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the service selected.
Free delivery offered on orders above £20.
5. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
Please check your tracking link (if applicable).
Contact Royal Mail with your tracking number.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at info@vapevillage.uk and we will investigate.
6. Delivery Restrictions
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All orders require age verification. If age cannot be verified, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
