01. Orders
When will I receive my order?
When placing your order, the expected dispatch day will be shown at checkout. This same information will also be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order if the delivery time is longer than expected?
Yes — if your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it by contacting our customer service team at info@vapevillage.uk. Refunds are processed within 2 working days.
⚠️ Please note: once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Will I receive an invoice?
Invoices are not sent automatically. You can download a copy by logging into your account on our website. If you need assistance, please email info@vapevillage.uk.
02. Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. Delivery takes 1–3 working days, depending on the service selected at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No — Vape Village delivers only within the United Kingdom.
03. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an item, and a further 14 days to return it. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Opened e-liquids
Used tanks, atomisers, or vape kits
Opened coils
Drip tips (mouthpieces)
What if my item is faulty?
Please report any faulty item within 72 hours of receipt by contacting info@vapevillage.uk. Evidence (photos/video) may be required. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
04. Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. All payments are encrypted.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are normally processed within 5 working days, but please allow up to 14 days depending on your bank.
