Vape Village complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and all applicable consumer protection laws.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or your item is faulty, please review the policy below for details on how to return your order.
1. Returns for Unwanted Items
You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
All hardware must include any outer sleeve containing the product serial number. We cannot accept returns without this.

Opened e-liquids
Tanks/atomisers that have been filled or used
Vape kits that have been filled or used
Drip tips (mouthpieces)
Opened coils
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at info@vapevillage.uk, quoting your order number and the reason for return. Once authorised, we will provide you with a returns form.
If you cannot print the form, please include a written note with:
Your full name
Address
Email address
Order number
Reason for return
Please ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Proof of postage is required — we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
3. Refunds
Refunds will usually be processed within 5 business days, but please allow up to 14 days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@vapevillage.uk.
4. Faulty Items
Faulty items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
Evidence (e.g. photos or video) may be required.
Please contact info@vapevillage.uk and our team will respond within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
5. Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to place a new order for the item you want and then return the unwanted item for a refund.
6. Return Shipping
If an item is faulty or sent in error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For unwanted items, you will be responsible for return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order was not eligible for free shipping, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a tracked service for returns over £30, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
